Returns & Refunds

• You may return or request a refund for items within 30 days from the purchase date.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
   

Shipping Costs

• If your return is initiated within the 30-day policy timeframe, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the item.

• If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at, support@haveasexyday.com, and we will provide a return label. Due to the custom printing of our products, you will be responsible to the costs to return the item. 
   

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products, such as intimate apparel, personal care items, and clearance items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please check the product description for return eligibility before purchasing.
 

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer support team at support@haveasexyday.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier.

4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
